To help us navigate and keep safe during Level 2 in H & CO we have put this list together to show you what we are doing to keep you safe and also how you can help us keep our salon a safe enviroment for everyone.

What you can do to help us-

• Come to your appointment alone and on time, we will not have a waiting area so please stay in your car if you are early, aswell as please do not be late, we are running on a tight schedule.

• Before entering the salon use hand sanitiser provided. 

• Remember the 1m distance rule from anyone else in the salon.

• Check all your details are up to date in our system so if we needed to contact you this would be an easy task.

• If you feel most comfortable in a mask, please feel free to wear one.

• We will only be taking card payments in Level 2, so please no cash.

What we are doing for our customers-

• We have removed our waiting area to provide more space in the salon.

• Our team will be wearing masks, and gloves where appropriate. Hand sanitiser will be used before each client.

• We will have appropriate distance between each bed.

• All stations, basins and tools are sanitised in-between each client.

• We will have the min amount of people in the salon at all times. 

• Our reception desk, eftpos, front door and all other touch points will be cleaned multiple times a day.

• Paper towels have been provided in the bathrooms.
